What are my delivery options?

All Lisa’s Sweet Treats orders are shipped via tracked Royal Mail services. Choose between:

  • Tracked48 - £2.75

  • Tracked24 - £5.00

Plus, free delivery on all orders over £25

All UK orders are tracked, and you will receive the tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

​​Tracked48 orders arrive within 2-3 working days, but please do allow for any potential Royal Mail delays.

Are your products allergy/dietary requirement friendly?

Yes, almost all products can be catered to different dietary requirements.

Choose from:

  • Vegan

  • Vegetarian

  • Gluten Free

  • Dairy Free

  • Gluten & Dairy Free 

Be aware that products may contain traces of peanuts and nuts and therefore cannot be guaranteed nut free. Please do get in touch if you have any questions about specific products and we can check these out for you.

When can I expect my delivery?

All orders are dispatched within two working days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. You will receive an email once your treats are on their way, so you know when to expect them!

If you need pick n mix urgently, please do choose Tracked24 as the delivery method and the order will be processed with priority.

Do you ship internationally?

Sadly, at this time we have suspended international shop orders.

Can I personalise products?

Yes, you can, most products allow for personalised notes and stickers. Please get in touch if you need help with this.

I haven't received my order yet, where is it?

If your order has been dispatched (you will have received a dispatch confirmation email) then it is on its way and now safely in the hands of Royal Mail. You can find your tracking number on the dispatch confirmation email. Let us know if you did not receive a dispatch confirmation email.

My order is a gift, do you put a receipt in the box?

We don’t send any receipts or invoices inside the box, so you are free to send our treats directly to the recipient. The note card inside the box contains best before information and the ingredient list. You also have the choice to send a gift note if you wish.

Help, I've given you the wrong address!

Please get in touch ASAP via email or WhatsApp.
If it's not too late, we'll be happy to amend the delivery address. However, if your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, it will be subject to redelivery fee.

Can I send products to different addresses?

Of course. You will need to place them as separate orders.

Do my sweets or chocolate have a best before date?

Our suppliers advise consuming your sweets within 3 – 4 months (if you can wait that long!) and store them in an air-tight container.

Can my order be delivered at a later date?

We are pleased to now offer a "delayed delivery" service.
When completing your order choose to have your treats dispatched now or, choose a dispatch date of your choice at checkout. 
Please note, this field only appears if you pay via the website. If you pay via PayPal, please pop us a note and let us know you’d like delayed dispatched.
