DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, orders are shipped via Royal Mail services.
All UK orders are tracked and you will receive the tracking number via email once it has been dispatched.
Tracked48 orders arrive within 2-3 working days 95% of the time, but please do allow for any potential Royal Mail delays during these times.
Under £25 - £3.60
£25-£60 - £2.75
Over £60 - FREE
Tracked24 is also available for a speedier delivery of sweets.
CAN YOU CATER FOR DIFFERENT DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Yes, all most all products can be catered for different dietary requirements.

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY SWEETS?
All orders are dispatched ASAP, but usually within two working days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. You will receive an email once the treats are on their way!
If you need pic n mix urgently, please do choose Tracked24 as the delivery method and the order will be processed as soon as we can! We understand no-one wants any delay waiting for sweets!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes of course, again the shipping calculated when you checkout, with European postage starting at just £13.
Please note, the recipient of the treats will be responsible for any customs / import taxes.
CAN I PERSONALISE PRODUCTS?
Yes you can, there is a section of products which can all be personalised!
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET, WHERE IS IT?
If your order has been dispatched (you will have received a dispatch confirmation email) then it is on it's way and now safely in the hands of Royal Mail, you can find your tracking number on the dispatch confirmation email.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT, DO YOU PUT A RECEIPT IN THE BOX?
All packages are sent with no receipt / invoice, ideal to be sent straight to the recipient! There is a little note card inside the box, contain best before information and ingredients list.
HELP, I'VE GIVEN YOU THE WRONG ADDRESS!
Please get in touch ASAP via email.
If it's not too late, we'll be happy to amend, however if your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, then it will be subject to redelivery fee.
HOW DO I SEND PRODUCTS TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?
That's no problem at all, just place them as separate orders.
HOW LONG TO THE SWEETS / CHOCOLATE LAST FOR?
Consumption is advised within 3/4 months (if they last that long!)
The best before date will be confirmed on the order note.
CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED AT A LATER DATE?
We are pleased to now offer a "delayed delivery" service.
When completing your order details, you can choose whether your treats are dispatched now, or a choose a dispatch date of your choice.
This field appears if you pay via the website, if you pay via PayPal, please pop us a note for a delayed dispatched.
